Our mission at The Woodlands Youth Rugby Club is to develop confident, skilled, and resilient young athletes. By upholding the values of teamwork, respect, discipline, and sportsmanship, we provide a competitive yet safe environment where every player can reach their highest potential

To inspire and develop the next generation of rugby players by fostering a lifelong passion for the sport, cultivating excellence through quality coaching, and building a strong community that honors the game on and off the pitch and strive to be a nationally respected and competitive program.
OUR STORY
Founded as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, WYRC serves boys and girls in Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, Klein, Tomball, and Spring.
We are proud to be a multi-school club sport, competing in both the Texas Youth Rugby Association (TYRA) and the Texas High School Rugby Conference (THSRC). Our players don’t just play the game, they thrive in it. Many have earned the opportunity to represent Houston-area select teams, the Texas State program, and even national-level squads.
At Woodlands Rugby, every player has the chance to grow, compete, and achieve, all while building memories and friendships that last a lifetime.
