The 2026/2027 WYRC SEASON REGISTRATION

is NOW OPEN - Click HERE to register!

Hey, Wolfpack!

The day has arrived, registration for the 2026–27 season is officially open! We’re excited to welcome our returning players and new families to the pack.

Getting registered is a three-step process:

Step 1: Register with Woodlands Youth Rugby Club
Complete your club registration here. You’ll receive a confirmation email once this step is complete.

Step 2: Register your player with USA Rugby.
Visit Rugby Xplorer and select WOODLANDS YOUTH RUGBY as your club. You’ll know you’ve completed this step when you’ve paid the USA Rugby registration fee. Players must complete this step before taking part in rugby contact sessions.

Step 3: Try on your kit and choose your size.
Here’s the big change from last year: We’re asking players to come to a November Come & Try It session to try on the kit before choosing a size. We want to make sure everyone gets the right fit! We’ll send more details and the sizing form closer to the sessions.

Start with Steps 1 and 2 today. After you’ve tried on your kit and completed Step 3, your Wolfpack welcome pack will be ready to collect. It includes a yard sign, a car magnet, and two water bottle stickers.

Register before December 1 and your kit will be guaranteed by January 15, ready for matches and Derby Days.

We can’t wait to see you out there. It takes a pack!
