AGE GROUPS

 

The Age Groups are as follows: U8, U10, U12, U14, JV and High School, and will be based upon your child’s age on September 1 prior to the start of the season. Therefore for the 2025-2026 Season, it will be based upon your child’s age on September 1, 2025. 

 

Your child will automatically be assigned to his/her Age Group during the registration process based upon his/her birthday. If you have a concern about the Age Group your child is assigned to, you are welcome to speak to your child’s Head Coach or you can email register@wyrc.org.

 

REGISTRATION COSTS

 

Registration is now a two-step process. You must register with both Woodlands Youth Rugby Club AND with USA Rugby to be eligible to practice or play contact rugby after November.

 

Step 1 - Woodlands Youth Rugby Registration Cost:

• U8 - $400

• U10 - $550

• U12 - $550

• U14 - $550

• High School Girls - $700

• High School Boys - $700
   

Please note: An additional transaction fee will be applied to cover processing costs.​​

 

Step 2 - USA Rugby Registration:

• Please pay at the Rugby Xplorer website, https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au/
